Medicare Rx Access Network of West Virginia

The Manahan Group launched the Medicare Rx Access Network for its client, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, in August 2005. The goal was to establish a broad coalition of partner groups and assist in efforts to get West Virgina's 350,000 Medicare-eligible residents signed up for the new Medicare prescription drug plan. By the tme the deadline for sign-up arrived in May 2006, the Medicare Rx Access Network of West Virginia had two dozen partners, and 72% of the Medicare population was signed up.
