The Manahan Group (TMG) recently walked away with two Gold and two Silver ADDY Awards at the 2005 Advertising Association of Charleston (AAC) awards ceremony.
Both Gold awards were presented for the agency’s work on behalf of the Division of Tobacco Prevention’s Raze campaign. TMG created the teen tobacco prevention effort in 2002 and has won numerous advertising awards. This year’s projects consisted of a Public Service Mixed Media Campaign and a Public Service Single Medium Campaign for the Raze Success television spot. The Raze advertising effort has helped reduce teen tobacco use in West Virginia by 34%.
The Gold award winners will be entered in the regional competition.
TMG brought home a Silver award in the Sales Promotion Packaging, Single Unit category for the “Making the Dream a Reality” box designed for the West Virginia Housing Development Fund. TMG also won a Silver award for its Neufinish logo.
